Thank you for visting my site. I'm Wally Bowles, and I would appreciate your vote in November for Grant-Valkaria Town Council, if you agree with me that our rural lifestyle is special and worth protecting.

Our Town faces a challenging and exciting time in our growth. Our leaders need to work with the challenging economic climate, managing the Town budget where we balance a desire to keep our taxes low and control costs while delivering the services that residents need.such as improving roads and drainage.

I would like to represent all residents of the town to bring your concerns and viewpoints to the issues being decided. Our Mayor and founding council members have done a great job giving the town a firm basis for moving forward. Are there things that still need to be accomplished? Are there protections that still need to be put in place, against encroaching development, out of control flight schools, natural disasters such as the floods and fires we have braved? Absolutely, but with the great resources we have in our town, the natural beauty and the strong spirit of volunteerism I'm convinced we can continue to enhance and protect what we have.
